doktor.ch is a directory and information portal for the Swiss healthcare system. Its contents serve information purposes only. They are no substitute for personal examination, diagnosis, therapy, advice or treatment by a physician. If you have health problems, consult a medical professional; in emergencies call 144.

The information on doktor.ch originates from the listed persons themselves or from sources we consider reliable. We cannot guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness and, to the extent permitted by law, decline any liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the contents.

All information on medical and therapeutic services originates from the respective providers and is not reviewed by us for professional accuracy.

Persons and practices that register in our directory and provide us with information, photographs or other content for this purpose vouch for their accuracy and undertake to notify us of changes without delay.

They further warrant that they are entitled to submit the content and that we may use it for publication on the internet. This applies in particular to copyrights in images and personality rights (including professional secrecy): persons depicted in submitted photographs must have consented to publication.

We reserve the right to review content editorially and to reject or remove entries or content that violates the law, professional rules or these terms.

The basic directory entry is free of charge. In addition, we offer paid products: the verified entry (CHF 120.– per year, excl. VAT) and Content PLUS (CHF 360.– per year, excl. VAT, verification included). The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply.

The contract is concluded upon editorial approval of the order; the service is activated upon approval. The term is one year and renews for a further year unless terminated before expiry. Termination is possible informally (an e-mail to healthswitzerland@gmail.com is sufficient).

Invoicing and collection are handled by STAPES GmbH, Gibraltarstrasse 32, CH-6003 Lucerne, as factoring partner on behalf and for the account of doktor.ch AG. Payment by credit card (payment link) or invoice, within 30 days. If payment is not made despite a reminder, we may deactivate the paid services; the free basic entry remains.

We accept no responsibility for the content of third-party websites accessible via links from doktor.ch (in particular practice websites and appointment booking services). Please observe the terms of use and privacy policies applicable there.

The contents of this website are protected by copyright. They may be stored or printed exclusively for personal, private use. Any further use — in particular the systematic extraction of directory data (scraping) — requires the prior written consent of doktor.ch AG.

This offering is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.
