Anleitung
Knie Dich hin, wobei die Knie und die Handflächen den Boden berühren. Beuge die Arme leicht und strecke sie wieder aus.
Nutzen
Muskelentwicklung/ Belastbarkeit/Stärkung der Oberarme (Trizeps) und der Brustmuskulatur.
